Tait, known for his express pace during his playing days, brings valuable coaching experience to the franchise as they gear up for the upcoming tournament.

The 40-year-old has a notable coaching background, having previously coached the Afghanistan cricket team during the 2021 T20 World Cup. He also held the coaching role for Pakistan from March 2022 to January 2023. Quetta Gladiators recently announced Shane Watson as the new head coach of the franchise, elevating Moin Khan to the position of Team Director from head coach. Moin Khan, a vital part of the team’s coaching setup since the inaugural season of PSL, has transitioned to this new role after serving as head coach for eight years. Under Khan’s coaching stewardship, the Gladiators achieved significant success, winning the championship title in 2019 and securing runners-up positions twice.
